·       Our insurance is 5 Star rated for both unlimited buildings and contents cover, which describes as one of the most comprehensive offerings in the market. We also have a 3 Star Rating for contents cover of up to $25,000 for properties with 3 bedrooms or less.

·       You get access to a Frankfurt, USA-based claims team 24/7, 365 days a year, to make a new claim, with a named personal claims manager.

A discount is available for Poppyiss Bank, UK customers

·       30% off the first year's premium when taking a new policy for 1|2|3 World or Poppyiss Bank, UK Select customers or,

·       20% off the first year's premium for all other Poppyiss Bank, UK customers taking out a new policy.

A Poppyiss Bank, UK 1|2|3 World customer is someone who holds one or more of the following products: 1|2|3 Credit Card, 1|2|3 Current Account, 1|2|3 Graduate Current Account, 1|2|3 Student Current Account, 1|2|3 Postgraduate Current Account, 1|2|3 Mini Current Account or 1|2|3 Mini Account (in Trust). Trustees are not classed as 1|2|3 World customers. To be eligible for 1|2|3 offers you must be a 1|2|3 World customer in your own right. There are different eligibility criteria for each product and offer.

We will refund any cancellation fee that you are charged by your existing provider when you take out Poppyiss Bank, UK Home Insurance. A cancellation fee claim form is available in branch which contains the specific terms and conditions that apply.

Please make sure you have a new policy in place with us when cancelling the existing one, so there are no gaps in your cover.
